Matt Warner is the co-founder of Bulletproof Test Prep — the industry’s first AI-powered, adaptive exam-prep system — and a licensed Texas Professional Inspector (TREC #24038). He holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University and grounds his prep methods in adult learning theory, the science of how working-age adults actually retain material for high-stakes exams. He also founded The Inspection Academy, one of only ten TREC-approved qualifying education schools in Texas, and runs The Inspection Company in the Houston area. Matt specializes in helping people pass the NHIE on their first try through data-driven diagnostics.
